The website is hosted by Vercel and form messages are sent through the business mailbox hosted by OVHcloud. These providers process the technical information needed for hosting, security and email delivery. If you choose WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta processes information under its own terms. Details are shared with external property professionals only where necessary for a service you request, or where required by law. Personal data is not sold.
International processing
Technology providers may process data in different locations, including outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data processing agreements and privacy notices describe the transfer arrangements and safeguards. Retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any follow-up you ask for. Information relating to a client relationship is retained while needed for that relationship and, afterwards, only as required by applicable legal obligations or potential claims. The website does not store form drafts in a database or persistent browser storage. Messages accepted for delivery are held in the business email system.

Reviews are checked before publication to prevent spam, personal information and content unrelated to the service. Moderation does not depend on whether the rating is positive. Translations are labelled and the original text is preserved.
To correct or remove a review, email hello@bravahomekeeper.com. Your email is used only to manage the review; you will not be subscribed to marketing.
Reviews are received in the owner’s mailbox for moderation. Only the authorised name, rating, date, original text and any translations added are published. This public data is stored in the website repository hosted on GitHub and published through Vercel. The text is not sent to automatic translation services.
